Latinos for Education is pleased to announce the request for applications and nominations for the Latino Board Fellowship 2020 cohort in Boston. Latinos represent only 2% of board members in education nonprofits — join us and help us in changing this reality.

Program Overview:
The Latino Board Fellowship identifies, supports and places Latinos working within and outside the education sector onto governing boards of schools and education nonprofit organizations. Fellows participate in trainings about the state of Latino education, nonprofit governance, and diversity and inclusion.
In Greater Boston, over 25 Latino leaders have participated in the first three cohorts of the Latino Board Fellowship. Learn more about LBF alumni.
Curriculum and Program Dates:
The Latino Board Fellowship runs from February through June 2020. Fellows must participate in all sessions.

Application Deadlines:
There are two deadlines to submit applications for the 2020 Latino Board Fellowship.
Priority Deadline: Sunday, September 22nd
Final Deadline: Sunday, October 20th
Program Costs:
The Latino Board Fellowship is free for program participants.
