Fernando A. Ceballos, P.E. currently serves as the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Region 5 Vice-President, overseeing 7 states and roughly 3,000 members. He has served multiple roles in other non-profits, such as the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. Through his involvement, he has rolled out several marketing initiatives to drive more membership engagement, public awareness and restructuring of organizational culture. Fernando was recently named one of the 2017 Coors Light Lideres, 2018 ASCE’s New Faces of Civil Engineering and featured in the 2018 Class of Dallas Weekly’s Millennials to Watch. As a Project Engineer for Pape-Dawson Engineers, he works on commercial land development projects throughout the state of Texas as a licensed professional engineer.
