STEAM Career Fair @ Kennedy School Makerspace and Innovation Center
Looking for engineers with STEM vision to participate in Somerville Public School’s first Elementary School Maker Faire career day. We would be very excited to introduce our students, staff and administration to a diverse group of skilled professional from all backgrounds. Somerville has made great strides to engage our students in mathematics and project-based learning, however, we struggle to overcome socio-economic and gender stereotypes. We would welcome any of your members to provide a personal perspective to this exciting world. Below is the general information on the event. If you would like to learn more about our makerspace, please visit our website at www.kennedyschoolmakerspace.com
