Francisco (Paco) Farias is a Senior HR Leader with international experience in diverse industries / areas (Engineering, Technology, IT / Software, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Power Generation, Oil & Gas Sectors). He enjoys working with leadership teams to generate new ideas, breaking pre-conceived notions and designing Powerful Business Organizations to achieve uncommon results. Paco is a graduate of GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program, Six Sigma Green Belt and a certified executive coach. He is currently the HR leader for the Engineering function of GE Measurement & Control covering ~1800 Employees in the Engineering, Software and Technology functions across 26 countries. Paco was born and raised in Mexico City and is currently based in Billerica, MA
