For several years, the SHPE Boston Professional chapter has held resume review sessions for the Boston-area universities with active SHPE student chapters. These events allow our professional members and corporate partners to connect with students and participate in mentorship/outreach crucial to students’ career development.
In particular, holding these events early in the Fall allow students to get a jump start on their internship and job search and prepare for the SHPE National Conference.
In addition, these events provide students with the opportunity to network one-on-one with local professionals, allowing them a forum to get their career questions answered.
Please consider volunteering this year at one or more of our Resume Review events. Engineers, Hiring Managers, HR Specialists, and others are welcome.
